Executive AI ERA Framework

Part 2 of 4:

Welcome back! In your last email, you were introduced to the ERA Framework. Today you'll learn the first two of the 3 components:

  1. Executive Objective
  2. Reader & Risk

These concepts are simple, but they're the difference between asking AI for information and using AI as a strategic thinking partner.

Meet Lisa Dean

I'm Lisa Dean, founder of Executive Empress Coaching. I've served on both sides of the executive partnership, as an Executive Assistant and as a Chief Experience Officer. When AI became part of the workplace, I realized the biggest advantage AI offers isn't faster writing. It's better thinking. Today, I help professionals use AI to think more strategically, communicate more effectively, and become stronger partners to the leaders they support.

The Executive AI ERA Framework is the same approach I teach inside the Executive AI Leverage Lab, where we move beyond prompts and learn how to think strategically with AI in real workplace situations.
