13-Week Leadership Development Program

Here's what you'll get for your 1:1 investment:

We'll spend time on topics relevant to you. You'll build influence, find your voice, speak with authority, set boundaries, manage up down and sideways, and become recognized for proactivity, follow up and accountability.
There are seven 1:1 sessions with me focusing on the core topics. On our first 1:1, we will uncover what you'll benefit from.
Every other week, there is a full module to be completed independently that allows a deep dive and reflection. Each of the independent modules include presentations, videos, and reflection activities that allow you to dive a little deeper.

You’ll have access to me during our complete time together, and as a bonus, you’ll have lifetime access to Leadership Academy, which is my community built around pillars of leadership and includes videos, challenges and lots of resources!
