About Lisa
I’m a passionate executive with a wide range of industry experience. I’m a leader within startups going through massive growth and a change agent within well-established organizations. And now I'm a driven founder dedicated to providing elevated experiences in everything I do.
My coaching clients are ambitious executives and emerging leaders ready to invest in themselves and their professional growth. Whether we are working on leadership skills or interview skills, you'll build your confidence, your executive presence, and find your authentic voice.
My background as a C-level executive gives me a unique perspective within Executive Recruiting and Executive Coaching. My experience as both an agency recruiter and corporate recruiter, combined with having been a corporate trainer, executive coach, and a hiring manager of various departments adds to that perspective.
Because I have been fortunate enough to have had a diverse group of mentors throughout my career, I’m dedicated to paying that forward by pouring into others through leading, coaching, mentoring, and recruiting.
I'm a lifelong learner and believe in the power of continuous improvement to everything, but not everything at once. I propel myself to get better every day, just like I do with my clients.
When not working, I love to travel, read (both development and fiction) and spend time with family and friends.
